| The company started its
operation under the banner of The United Engineers in the year 1976
and in a span of 30 years the company has merged ahead with the
patronization & association of numerous reputed houses, nationally
& internationally such as Alstom, L & T, Indal, Hindalco,
HPL, ONGC, Humphray Glass, Relience & so many. The company is recognized and approved by
major consultants & inspection agencies like DNV, BVIS, LR ASIA,
SGS, BHEL, NTPC and so many. It was sheer zeal and formidable determination
backed by invaluable experiences and exposes which sustained a steady
growth in the business activity. |

| The establishment has
got tremendous advantage of geographical location, having situated
on NH-34 which is connected to Bangladesh via Jessore. The border
is only 20 km away and also easily connected to whole part of the
Eastern region of the country. This is also situated on the outskirts
of Kolkata, 5 km away from Airport and 15 km away from Port. |

| The company is fortunate
to have an excellent team of workforce right from office administration
to working floor level. Today the strength of floor is approximately
250 workmen, consisting of skilled & unskilled worker. The company
have also the excellent team of engineers working in marketing,
execution, design, engineering & quality circle. Today the organization's
foundation strongly built up with the above strength working cohesively,
in harmony and in tandem with the interactions and feed back right
from bottom to the top most level. |

| The workshop having total
area approximately 90000 square feet consisting of covered and open
area. The office is also housed in proximity to the workshop and
equipt with network facility, internet connection globally, fax
and land phone. The workshop is also equipt with modern machineries
such as sub merge, arc welding, mig & tig, profile cutting machine,
shearing machine, resistance welding machine from multipeak (100%
auto operation). It has got its own facility for sand blasting /
sort blasting, painting, material handling with mobile cranes of
having 12 MT capacity and so many. The workshop is also having own
generator having 300 KVA installed in the workplace to avoid any
work disruption in case of power failure. |

| The company is geared
up to produce 600 MT of fabrication per month without any hindrances.
The company is engaged in fabrication of coaded Pessure Vssels (ASME,
BS, GIS, DIN etc.) Tanks, Silos, Hoppers, Reactors, Heavy Structurals,
ESP components, Multipeak and many others of steel both carbon &
stainless. |

| The workshop is equipped
with all NDT testing facilities such as RT, UT, MPT, DP etc. The
quality is restored and monitored in all stages of activities right
from incoming materials to the final stage. We have a quality circle
with all experienced engineers monitoring the quality and also thriving
for continuous development through discussions, interactions. This
has been widely recognized by our clientele nationally & internationally. |

| We take the pride to
declare that today the company has a turnover of 6.4 million euro
(Rs. 32 Crore INR) in the last financial year.
The company had a turnover of 5 million euro
(Rs. 25 Crore INR) in the financial year 2004-2005.
The company had a turnover of 2.5 million euro (Rs. 12 Crore INR) in the previous
year 2003-2004. It was a tremendous achievement having double the
turnover in a span of 12 months. This was possible due to the prudence
of the company for investing a major fund on account of infrastructure
and skilled personnel. |

| The company is under
the process of obtaining ISO-9000 - 2000 version through DNV. |
